Bamboo tools are heated with an electric warmer to help induce extreme relaxation. Used in conjunction with cream or oil, the bamboo glides smoothly over the skin and with unique strokes, provide a deep tissue massage while inducing muscle relief. Great for deep tissue work on those who need a lighter touch. If you like hot stone massage, you will love Bamboo!

A heavier massage than Swedish with techniques used manipulate deeper muscular layers helping to release chronic pain.

Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the feet and hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body. Sometimes referred to as zone therapy, this bodywork involves application of pressure to these reflex zones to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion. This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. It is especially useful in stress-related illness and emotional disorders. Reflexology is also convenient in cases where an area of the body is traumatized or diseased to the extent that direct manipulation is not appropriate.

Developed in Japan, shiatsu is a finger-pressure technique utilizing traditional acupuncture points. Similar to acupressure, shiatsu concentrates on unblocking the flow of life energy and restoring balance in the meridians and organs in order to promote self-healing. The treatment brings about a sense of relaxation while stimulating blood and lymphatic flow. The benefits of this treatment may include pain relief and a strengthening of the body's resistance to disease and disorder. This routine is designed to specifically break up toxic aggravations.

One of the most common and well-known massage techniques. Five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Generally relaxing and noninvasive, Swedish massage is the usual go to for those new to massage.

Performed on a massage table like a typical massage, Swe-Thai is a unique style of massage that combines that blends many different aspects of Thai massage techniques and stretches with proven and highly effective deep tissue techniques.

Trigger point is a noninvasive therapeutic modality for the relief and control of myofascial pain and dysfunction. The goal of treatment is the client's recovery from or a significant reduction in muscular pain. Treatment consists of trigger point compression and passive stretching and kneading. Trigger point relies heavily on client-therapist interaction, including verbal and nonverbal elements. Similar to deep tissue but more focused on dysfunctional areas with substantial pressure.
